WTF.. are you kidding me !!!!

Read this article... President Obama's science advisor has suggested "polluting" the air to PREVENT Global Warming.  Now what a minute!!!!  CO2 is the cause of Global Warming!! (he claims) but now they want to use polluted air (which will be made of CO2 and since people call it a pollutant already...) to "reflect" the sun to allow for cooling.  WTF !!!!  He just disproved their own belief.  I know we just had March Madness..  but that was about Basketball !!!!

So why have we spent BILLIONS !!! of $$ to clean up the air (which may help it get warmer since more sunlight comes in..  aka WARMING ) to now decide to pollute the air to cool it back down !!  WOW....  glad my taxes are paying for his thoughts....

Domain-> Gone and back again !

Doh!!!  Found out that my registrar had an issue trying to auto renew my domain name registration.  So for a few fleeting hours yesterday, oldlefthander.com was "gone".  All back now (cause if it wasn't how could you read this?? )  Need to figure out why it pooped on the renewal.  Oh well...  back in the game !

Just another piece of information free from "politics" that shows the correlation of temperature and the Sun to be more in sync than CO2 and the temperature.  This is not a coincidence folks......

Today President Obama basically turned back the clock and opened the door for more $$ for Stem Cell research that is government funded.  What is interesting to me is that based on his own words, will he use the same standard of listening to what the Scientists say versus turning a deaf ear when it comes to discussing things such as Global Warming???????

I would say this is kind a funny, but I would rather see it up there taking measurements, as I believe that CO2 does not cause the "warming" they talk about.  Especially since it has been cooling since 2000 !!

AMS - Dr. Hansen and the President

Recently the AMS (American Meteorological Society) gave Dr Hansen their highest award. Now what is most funny about this to me is Dr. Hansen does have a PHD, but not in meteorology. He is an Astronomer. But since he is the defacto word for the Global Warming believers, he must be given praise and admiration for stuffing us all with his "beliefs" about Global Warming, and not opening himself up to debate about his ideas. I think it's absurd, but that is my opinion.


Tomorrow this country embarks on a new journey as we elect a new President. One who is very ambitious about "Green" technology and getting off the "sauce" that we use everyday. The problem I have is that as much as he has "seemed" to surround himself with a group of people who may disagree alot on issues, he as seemingly put together a "dream team" of people who will help promote Global Warming as a National disaster waiting to happen unless we stop it.
If people like Dr Hansen (and Al Gore) have the ability to reach the President and force their beliefs on him to the point where he grabs it "hook, line and sinker", than Obama will be no better than Bush at making choices. He MUST allow debate on this, for if he doesn't I believe that we will spend Billions of dollars on things that won't affect what the weather is GOING to do anyway.

Better to spend that money where it matters. Like helping people get jobs, so they can live in this "land of opportunity". For as long as the AGW believers think it will be here....... My guess.... a VERY LONG TIME !!!!!

Oh BTW.... I loved all of that Global Warming this past week.....
